What is your return policy for luggage and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all un-used gear in its original packaging. If you have mounted the bags or worn the apparel on a ride, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our gear worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the order.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Mosko Moto offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.
How do I know if the luggage will fit my motorcycle?
Most of our systems are universal and designed to fit standard pannier racks (18mm). We provide detailed fitment guides and hardware compatibility lists on each product page.
Are your bags completely waterproof?
Our Backcountry and Scout series utilize a dual-layer system with a 100% waterproof removable inner liner, ensuring your gear stays dry in the harshest conditions.
Can I purchase replacement parts?
Yes, we believe in repairability. We sell individual components like mounting pucks, straps, and hardware kits so you can keep your gear in service for years.
